Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns: We want you to love your purchases! If you are not fully satisfied, we only offer exchanges within two weeks of your order's arrival date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that all items will be inspected upon return, and exchanges will only be processed if the items meet our return standards. Refunds: We do not offer refunds at this time. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us for assistance in resolving the matter.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Unfortunately, if 12 hours have passed since your order was placed, we cannot refund delivery or shipping fees.

Sales and Discount Periods: Please note that during sales or discount periods, all purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
