Shipping policy

Processing Time: We process orders from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Domestic Orders: Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM. Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery time. For orders with cash on delivery, please ensure you have the exact amount ready in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate at the time of delivery.

International Orders: We offer international shipping via DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a DHL tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
